Annabel Johnson
BMus (Hons), MSc Music Therapy (Nordoff-Robbins)

Annabel studied composition and piano at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, graduating in 2005. Annabel worked on a variety of music projects as a composer, pianist and community musician before moving to Edinburgh to train as a music therapist at Queen Margaret University, qualifying in 2009.

Annabel currently lives and works in Edinburgh as a freelance piano teacher, accompanist and music therapist. As well as being passionate about classical music, Annabel has a great interest in jazz and folk music from around the world.

  • The strangest food I've ever tried is Hákarl (fermented shark!) when I visited Iceland. It was revolting!
